Faceplate swivelling devices often have to do hard work. HEINRICHSGLÜCK faceplate tilters are therefore built to be sturdy through and through. They are also absolutely safe and correspondingly powerful.

The frames are made of quality steel in torsion-resistant welded construction. The face plates are made of steel, are heavily ribbed and have clamping slots as well as centering grooves.

The welding current transmission can be connected via a plug-in coupling on the frame.

All models have the necessary covers, safety distances, welding current return lines, etc., in accordance with the principles for testing the occupational safety of welding turntables.

In addition to welding, face plate swivelling devices can also be used for cleaning, blasting, coating, cleaning, deburring, drilling, milling, grinding, polishing, testing and assembly.

HEINRICHSGLÜCK faceplate swivel devices are available as standard for vertical loads from 3000 daN(kg) to 10000 daN(kg), in special versions also for higher loads and with height adjustment.
